Convenience and economy of sauces for restaurants
Small restaurants, eateries, fast food, bars and catering are still a significant number of food outlets on the map of Poland. Most of them also handle deliveries, increasing its sales reach. In recent years, restaurateurs have taken a much closer look at the costs of operating their gastronomy. They pay the most attention to the costs of raw materials, ingredients or semi-finished products used in the kitchen. The cost economy is governed by the same rule: the unit cost can only be reduced by increasing the number of orders.

It turns out that small packages of 450g, 600g, 1000g types will not necessarily always be the most economical packaging option per 1 kg of product. Moreover, sometimes hard packaging is even a problem for disposal and takes up a lot of space, at times in quite small kitchens, bars, fast food or restaurants.
